I have 20" (and summe 22") wheels / tires on my cayenne.. I also have the inflatable spare tire.. Can i use the inflatable for extremely temporary emergencies? or would it do more harm than damage? I have gotten 2 flat tires in the past year and its a real pain to wait for AAA or roadside to tow my car to my home, etc.

You can use the inflatable spare no matter what size rims/tires you normally run.
