Default Silent Running?

I've noticed that the "clicker" sound for my turn signal doesn't sound all the time. This seems a minor point, but I've also noticed that other sounds (seatbelt bong) are also missing during this time. This is an intermittent problem so I'm hesitent to go to the dealer.

Has anyone else seen this behavior??

Lots of intermittant "no problem found" kind of behavior:

-Window auto lift looses setting
-AC Controls do not save settings
- Passenger mirror has a mind of it's own
- Blinking light for alarm won't stay on
-Radio won't turn on (replaced once already)

Having said that, I just chalk it up to the fact it is a hideously complicated piece of machinery. Gotta have at least 40 or so "computers" of some sort or another coordinating with each other at all times. The parts that make it a car are fantastic; taking it in for misc troubleshooting next week.

I got one issue the signal light dont go off, if you left it. I noticed it while parking making a left, took the keys from the ignition, and couldnt figure out what was beeping:-) it was my turn signal, put it back to off and sound is gone, weird.

Nice to know that I'm not losing my mind afterall. I could have sworn that my blinkers once made a clicking sound but couldn't remember for sure...my blinkers have been silent for about four weeks that I know of.

alex911s you proberly know this, but the sound indicates you have left a parking light on. Switching on the left or right hand turn signal and turning off the ignition puts the sidelights on on that side of the car and also sounds a warning.
