Adding Oil ???
I have several quarts of Mobil 1 10-30 left over from a previous car. Can I use this oil to add a quart as needed in my 2005 CS (which uses Mobil 1 0-40)?

The problem with the wrong viscosity oil is that apparently they will not correctly work the variocam (as told to me by Jerry Woods & Bruce Anderson...).

ltc.... was your caustic (RTFM) really necessary? especially since there is nothing in the manual that addresses my specific question, i.e. mixing viscosities. Nevertheless, thanks for your response.

The
seemed appropriate.Read the manual, JOIN Rennlist, and enjoy the amazing amount of information that a 'Search' can provide.
Thought Lewis was quite informative as usual, J22222 ya need to not be so thin skinned!!
