Default PCNA has offered a FULL Buy Back for my Vibrating 04 CS!!!!

I got word from my legal counsel this AM that PCNA has offered a full buy-back! In my home state Lemon Law proceedings were in the works. Our clain had just been accepted by the Administrative Law Judge that handles the "Lemon Law".

For all owners that have a vibration issue, continue to fight the good fight! As of today the CS will be parked for the next 10 days until it is reclaimed by PCNA.

Best of luck to all!!!

Boy I bet PCNA will be pissed about this. You're not supposed to tell anyone. they will have you sign a nondisclosure agreement, when you settle.

yea, the only reason some high end manufactuers do buybacks is to prevent lemon statistics or this sort of 'bad rep'.

You can only hope the PCNA Lawyers don't get a copy of your recent thread on "Put the Cayenne in Neutral..." before you settle. They'd have a field day on characterizing owner responsibility on any type of claim.
