I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. I've got a May 04 build CS with PCM and kept trying to set the clock and finally said the hell with it! Just another German quirk- and I thought British cars were the only ones with quirks. We love our Mini, but the hood release is still on the right side! Didn't bother to change it on LHD cars... and yes, it took a while to find it!

Same problem here. Explained it to the service guys and they thought I was joking. V 3.0 won't fix it. I think if we complain enough...

I don't know what to say, I was told that their is a tech update for this fix. I relayed this information to the service department, and my cayenne was returned to me fixed. The paperwork provided stated that a PCM update was completed as well as a clock update.
