Default DIY fitting wood trim?

I´ve bought a light olive wood trim kit and planning to fit it by myself.
Is this a DIY job, have any of you done it?
Any hints and tips will be greatly appreciated

Yep, easy! The pieces just pop off and the new ones pop in. I ended up just not changing the little rear door on the center console, seemed a bit harder, and i figured someday ill let the dealer do it, but that piece i never see doesent bother me.
Has anyone changed the little spring loaded flippy rear door? If so, how was it?

Default Aftermarket wood packages

So I have two questions, does the existing stock trim just peel off because it's attatched with two sided tape? Also, hwo has the best looking and best priced aftermarket wood packages? (My CS has the light grey interior so I'm thinking dark wood)

The existing trim is held on by clips. Just pull gently so not to break the trim, and it will snap out. I installed the oem olive wood package in my Cayenne S which has palm green interior.

Ditto here on my S. I added the dark wood trim to my Cayenne. And, I did the rear door. It was a pain as the spring (as usual) popped out at a most inopportune moment. But, all told, I was done in less than one hour. The only piece I had a problem with was the piece between the ignition switch and the steering column. There were no clip points on that one piece and I resorted to some rubber cement. I love the looks of the treatment.

While you're all looking into that stuff.....several aftermarket manufacturers make additional pieces, like the trim that runs around the PCM, the A/C panel, ashtray....etc. The question is who makes the best matches for the olive wood trim...
