Default Front air suspension falling to the ground.

Hello! This is first post here, I've reading you guys for years but never feel te need to post until now, I already searched all the related threads but found no answer to my problem.

I got a leak on one of the lines to the bags and my compressor died because of that, so i fixed the leak, replaced the compressor with a new one, cleared the codes with piwis and everything worked great for 2 days. 2 days later I found all my front axle deflated, after inspecting it I found that the line going from the valve block to the compressor got disconnected from the compressor side, so i connected It again, cleared the codes and everything worked OK for some weeks.

Today I found the truck again totally deflated in the front axle and the same line got disconnected from the compressor.

If I understand how the suspension works, the valve block is in charge of keeping the pressure in the bags, and the valve block have to open to release the pressure from the bags right?

so of the truck want to level itself and lower the front it should release a little bit of air from the bags and close again the valve when the correct height is reached right?

My question is, why my truck defleats completely on the front when the line going from the compressor to the valve block fails? That means that the valve block is not closing the valves to my front airbags? Should I replace it?

I suppose that if that line fails i just should not be able to add more air to the reservoir, but it should not release all the air from the front airbags. It had happened both times when the truck is parked.

I really appreciate any help.

this is my baby.

Agreed. Something wrong with the valve block. I believe there was an episode on Wheeler Dealers that dealt with a rear end deflating when parked. From memory, I believe Ant got a rebuild kit for the valve block.

I think the check valve that's installed where the line connects to the strut is responsible for keeping the pressure in the air bag. That might be something to check/change?

From what I've heard, if its one strut, look at the strut, if its both struts on one end, look at the valve block.
