I recently changed my pcv diaphragm in the valve cover and after reinstalling everything got this weird noise coming from the engine. The engine runs super poorly and I have no throttle response whatsoever.

Before I changed the pcv it ran rough initially but once warmed up ran smoothly and had good throttle response.

Items I have already changed :

1) all new ignition coils
2) all new spark plugs
3) all new lower fuel injector seals
4) New VCG
5) New PCV diaphragm
6) all new low pressure fuel pumps ( left hand side and right hand side, including fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator)

I have attached a video of the noise. ( the splashes of liquid coming up is just residual coolant from removing a coolant hose) The associated codes are : P0013 , P0010 , and P2294

What is a fix for this, did I miss something?

Did you prime the pumps? I would double check vacuum lines and be sure nothing was left unplugged in the engine bay. I'll try to watch movie later.

Hi mark, yes I did. I checked all the vacuum lines and connections again yesterday and I am still not finding anything out of place. The issue is that I have never gotten the camshaft solenoid codes until after I changed the valve cover gasket etc.. so it is kind of out of the blue.

I watched the movie, it's hard to tell but sounds like a hissing sound. Can you tell where that is coming from?

Take a look at these threads. Maybe HPFP or pressure regulator, I think the camshaft codes are just because it's running rough. Maybe something got in the fuel line and could the HPFP.
