when hot vehicle won't rev over 4500rpm and gearbox banging into gears
I have a concern with my 2005 Cayenne s 4.5 V8 Running great when cold and full revs in all gears. After 10 - 15 Min of driving when vehicle reaching full running temp the engine will then not rev over 4500rpm.
Also the gearbox that runs beautifully when car is cool, suddenly becomes clunky not smooth.
replaced coils plugs, cam sensors, checked hoses for leaks.
Seems a thermally induced fault? Any ideas appreciated

Need some more info here....
What happens when the engine hits 4500rpm?
Does it misfire? Bog down?
Need to determine if it's spark/electrical related or fuel starvation based on the above questions.
