Climate control flashes as a whole at start-up?

Climate control flashes as a whole at start-up?
Hi all,
my 09' CTTS flashes 14 or 15 times on start up? I have searched a bit on this but cannot seem to find a TS list on it. Can anyone point me to a reference fpr this? Occasionally it will only flash like 4x but I have noticed the 14 to 15 most pf the time. A/C runs as it should.
