I need your advice please . I have unusual tyre wear. Rear axle driver side. Went to a tyre shop to get alignment done. Was possible to adjust on all wheels, except rear left side. The mechanic told me, the adjustment is not possible because the nut / mechanism isn’t working.

do I need entire new control arm or is it possible to replace the adjustment mechanism in some way?

the mechanism is part 8 , 9 and 13 ?

Yes that is the camber adjustment bolt, 8, 9, and 13.
The bolt on your car is jammed with rust. Your mechanic will need to cut the old bolt off. Replace with new parts.
