Default Knocking sound from underneath the car

Hello.

There is a knocking sound underneath the car, somewhere in the area of the driver and the rear end, not sure if it is two different things, or one. One happens when you drive at 20-30 kmh after driving fast, it's a light consistent knock from center of the car. Other one is when making sharp turns to the right, it's a hard also consistent knock from the rear, which goes away when you drive straight again for 15-30 meters. I will check out the shafts and the rear suspension, but maybe someone has any suggestions on what could this be.

Check the driveshaft center support bearing and mount, aka the midget with a hammer under the car.

@BorschCayenne , you may find this Cardan Shaft thread handy: https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-...dan-shaft.html. My "Jimi Fix" has more than 7 yrs and 30k miles and is still holding strong.

I am continually fascinated at the straight away, with no apparent prior effort, crowdsourcing of folks lives

I had to redo the Jimi Fix after about 50k miles. But it took even less time the second time.
