So the saga continues...
As you my remember I got a letter stating that the Vibration in my Cayenne S was a Characteristic of the Cayenne. Since then I have been different service department but no one seems to be able to fix the vibration problem.
You may also remember that my tires were replaced by PNA with 6,000 miles on the clock. With just about 10,000 total miles on the Cayenne the tires are once again showing premature wear. The first set of tires were the Contis. and now the Scorpians. I am very strict about my tire pressure, and due the vibration I am very fearful of driving the Cayenne anywhere near the limit.
So, I have two questions.
1. If you also have a vibration issue, are your tires wearing early?
2. What luck has anyone had using the BBB phone line that PNA uses (not the PNA number, been down that road already)?
I am very frustrated and need some help.

You most likely have an alignment issue (with regard to your tire wear problem), I've read about a few people that had bad alignments from the factory.
As for the vibrations, I can only guess. Does it get worse as speed increases?
sorry if you already posted an answer.

Doh, I should have posted the alingment specs as well. The Cayenne has been aligned at least 3 times on two different alignment rigs, to two different set of PNA optimizarion settings.
It seems that all the classical tire, balance, alignment solutions have no affect on the demon within....
