Hello so I was checking the fuses because my car has some problems and I found out that my horn fuse and also my vehicle electrical system control unit from the left driver side fuse number 16 is blown everytime after 2-3 days i think I don't have some problem with the horn so I want to know why it's blowing and also what kind of vehicle electrical system control unit is this fuse what job does this unit because the car I think have many different of these units where are located
the car is Porsche Cayenne s 4.5 2003

 

The part is called a "Network Control Unit." It should be under the left dash.
