Motul, LiquiMoly, Shell and AMSOIL are the top choices if you search deeper. (Royal Purple HPS in non Porsche cars too)

I switched to AMSOIL at 125k, now at 218k.

I use the 5w-40 MS (red bottle) version.
One can of CeraTec and Shell Nitro + fuel only. 10k intervals for oil change. I add a bottle of P.i. Performance Improver Gasoline Additive every 4k miles, no engine flush.

If your Cayenne runs strong, any good synthetic above should do. If your Cayenne might need little extra help, mine did, the combination I listed above was borderline miraculous for me. Couple oil changes later, car transformed to a champ again, all smother and powerful, I have 6-speed GTS and I am not willing to let go. It’s a long term keeper for me.
