I have to disagree on the pano. I've got 110K on my 09 TTS and it works perfectly. It shows no signs of stopping or rattling. I do check it and make sure it's lubed up, but it defiantly shouldn't be a non-starter.
On the other hand, that engine sounds pretty bad. These engines do make plenty of noises, the PDCC system "whine" is standard issue with the package. However, the loud ticking in definitely cause for much deeper analysis. It seems to be the noise we all hope to never hear. It's tough to diagnose things over a phone video but that doesn't sound like a good noise. It could be a couple of things but if you're seriously considering this one, you must do yourself a major favor and have a PPI and also have it scoped. The Turbos seem to have a much lower incident of bore scoring but it can happen due to additional oil squirters. Otherwise, the vehicle looks super clean and ticks a lot of boxes!
Best of luck!

That engine is done for.
One of the other things to watch out for with the pano roof is that if it ever gets cracked I think you have to replace the entire assembly, which is around $4K+. You cannot just replace the individual glass panels.
