After 2500 miles, my rear passenger windows will only close to within about 1/4" of complete closing. They raise and lower normally but stop short of totally closing. Any ideas about what might be causing it? Good thing it doesn't rain in California for the next few months!

The door control unit may be confused about where the upper and lower limits for the window are located. It may be that the battery negative lead needs to be disconnected and the vehicle reinitialized, including the windows.
