Cayenne 955 2003 TPMS intermittend operation
Hi all
I am new to the forum and I own a 964 C2 manual 1991 and a Cayenne 955 Turbo 2003.
The Cayenne TPMS has developed an intermittent fault, it suddenly flashes up with the message that the system is no longer operating (yellow text) and i get the error symbol also. The pressures all turn to lines on the display and it appears to be faulty. Sometimes is just starts back up and all is well again and other times it needs the engine to be turned off etc. for it to work again. At longer drives, over 1 hour, the fault can happen more than once. Tried to reset the tyre size several times. Seems like a power/ground issue? It has after market sensors and when the systems is working I get normal reading on all sensors.
any ideas?
