There's no DME update for European models yet.
But there's one for the PCM and one for the Bose amplifier. However, if you do get the update for the PCM, you will need a new set of Navi-CDs which cost CHF 410.00 plus tax. If your PCM frequently takes a longer break during start-up, it might be worth it.
