Guys, need some help. My 05 CTT is at the dealer, one item I am having them look at is the ambient lighting, NONE of the door arm rest ambient lights are working (you know, the ones in the space between the door card and the arm rest. After ~5 hours they have been unable to find anything as to why they are not working (I wasnt expecting to be looking into these for 5 hours!!!).
All of the door pull handle lights are working, overhead lights are working, the foot well lights are working, and I can dim and brighten them no problem. every other damn light works but these.
The door control module was replaced late last year due to a faulty window switch, and to me it seems somewhat coincidental that I noticed these not working after that repair. IS there a connection in the door for these? Maybe if left unconnected, none of them will work?
It doesnt seem logical that the bulbs for all of them would go out at the same time, not even sure if there are bulbs behind there, LEDs?

Update, dealer has found no power to any of the arm rest ambient lights, so it seems like a central problem. Could it be a coding or programming issues, since all the other ambient lights work normal?
IS there a control module for all the ambient lights?

 

They also confirmed no issue with connections at the drivers door due to the control module replacement last visit, so thats good.

 

Did you ever fix this issue? I have the same issue. None of my armrest lights work. All other lights work and dim fine.
