I've read countless posts on TPMS on this site and not one I read had a solution for this problem. Every time I start the car, I get low pressure readings on one, two, three or sometimes all four tires (it's never the same each time I start the car). Sometimes a wheel can be -5. I can shut off the car and immediately start it and that same tire could be -7 without moving the car or taking it out of park. Repeat the process and it will be back to -5 or it could be --. The results are totally random. All the tires have been hand checked showing the correct PSI.
I have replaced all the sensors and that didn't help. I re-set the Settings to relearn several times, that hasn't helped. I've driven the car more than 120 miles since replacing the sensors, that hasn't helped. I've run head first into the garage wall, that helped until I regain consciousness. But the TMPS erratic behavior persists.
Several years ago someone else posted this exact same problem, but no one's comments helped him. Does anyone know how to fix this?
