The parenthesis indicate that there are variants for the part indicated in the diagram. Sometimes these are just supercessions where an old part and a new part is listed and either can be used. More commonly these variants are based on how the car is configured and optioned. In this case, the correct bolt depends on the engine. The legend is in the right-most column. ID5V designates the 4.8L naturally aspirated engine, ID5Z is the 4.8L turbo engine, ID5X is the 6-cylinder gas engine, and ID50 is the 6-cylinder diesel engine option. Therefore the correct part for your car is the first variant, N 910 425 01. All of the information that I just listed is in the parts catalog which I linked to in an earlier post.
