All of my A/C diverter motors are not working. The control unit lights up and goes through the motions, but no motors work, but the fans do. This happened after a methodical inspection and repair of the wiring harness on both sides of the car.

Whatever I did it must be something common to all the motors. Any suggestions where to start?
