Default 955 air suspension - can't calibrate

I have the Durametric diagnostic tool. Trying to calibrate the air suspension.
My normal procedure (from Audi air suspension, which seems to be very similar) is to:
a) go to level module, check/erase codes.
b) run output test
c) run adaption

Currently, the suspension is WAY up in the rear, and way down in the front.
After some tries, no getting code 2250 (not 100%) 'solenoid time exceeded'.
I cannot erase the code, even after shut off car, restart, close software, reopen software.
What could prevent the system to NOT let me erase the code?

When going through the output test, it does NOT drop or raise the front ("lowering front left, front right', leveling car"), and rear is NOT dropping.

In the adaption part: what is height value that should be entered in the field "new value"? The actual measurement (still need to find the point no the subframe where to measure from)?
Has someone made a conversion table to just enter for example FTG (fender to ground) values (much easier to check).
