Only keep it if you're planning to fix it and use it. As for parting it... have you ever attempted to part a car? No? Well, what's gonna happen is, couple of the popular items will go quickly, but the rest will sit for months. With car parts, it's not like you can drop the price to move the stuff, doesn't work like that. You have to wait for the right buyer to come along (usually something broke on their car), they have to be close enough and they have to be looking for the part wherever you'll be selling it (eBay, CL, FB). And it's gotta be a Joe Shmoe, because shops doing insurance work go to car-part, which you won't be listing on. Sure, you'll make money at the end, but it's definitely not worth the time unless you're willing to be paid about 10c an hour.

So, if I parted it I was basically thinking of just selling the most desirable bits and just junking the rest. Its gotta be worth at a couple hundred dollars in scrap metal. I don't think putting this engine in another Cayenne would be a good idea, it does have 169,000 miles on it. I did sign up for copart and they had a 955 turbo with a decent front end I just don't know if I should go down that road or maybe just upgrade. It's been a damn good car though, maybe the best I've ever owned. Not just in speed and shear awesomeness but reliability too. I'm really going to miss it

That's not bad at all. Those front end plastics will be expensive though. But looks like all the coolers are still ok, front collision bar is fine, intercoolers are fine. That thing is probably drivable as it is.

I would fix it and keep it. Wait until spring though. Depending where you are, there is always a rush of Cayenne's being parted out due to 'mysterious engine ticking noises' that are definitely just lifter noises and totally not anything worse. Lots of sarcasm in case it wasn't obvious - but either way, you should be able to find more options for the front end parts around then.

I hit a deer about 2 years ago and damage sounds similar. It was drivers side front corner. Had to replace hood, headlight, front cover and a few other things-I think an intercooler. I can share my parts list.
It really was nothing major at all but repair was about $7,000. let me know

If the car overall is well taken care of I would keep it
