Arenīt the Cayenne seats one piece all together ? I mean, they arenīt composed by several parts, but just one, the whole seat.. isnīt it ? if so, it looks difficult to me, to make any serious change..

Cwiz,

The seats are two pieces: back and seat, and can be removed. The upholstry shop is doing it as I write.

K2kv,

I'm using a very reputable upholstry shop in my area. They do a lot of custom car work.

Don't know about the lumbar. Mine has an up/dn in/out adjustment. I suppose you could remove the bladder, and/or remove some of the foam cushioning in the lumbar area. Check it out. Should not be a difficult thing to do.

I waited 2.5M miles to do this, as I couldn't figure out how they could fix it. The fix turned out to be simple ($140/ seat) and both my wife and I are excited to get the car back; hopefully a lot more comfortable!

Best,

Craig

That's great, Craig,

I appreciate the info. My lumbar has the same adjustments, but even when pulled all the way in, it still bothers me.

I'll do some checking in my area, see what I come up with.

Best of luck with your mod.

Thanks!
