Hello Everyone,

Just bought my new to me 2004 Cayenne today and I love it! Just have one problem. As I was driving the exclamation point light came on and wouldn't stop buzzing even though the trunk was shut. So I went back there to inspect if the latch was working correctly. So I pushed the plastic piece in and it locked into place and the yellow light came off the dash. Great news right? Well, here comes the the problem I have now...

The lock is quite tightly locked in there and I can not get it to unlock. I've tried literally everything I can think of and no one on any forum I could find had this issue. My question is, how do i fix this problem? Many thanks!
