For the 2010 CS I purchased through eEuroparts for the Lifetime Warranty. Same warranty as FCP Euro, but at a better price point.

Looks like FCP is cheaper for the 2003-2006 Beru coils. Note the 2008+ are a different coil.
Now is also a great time to put in new plugs. IMO Denzo Iridium is the best out there YMMV.

If you plan to roll your Cayenne for a long time, you could go the FCP Euro route with free replacement for life. Seeing how quickly these ****ers fail, it is not a terrible play. I assume the price will only go up just like 95% of the rest of the parts have.
