Default Clicking noise under dash

I get that repetitive clicking noise under the dash as well (minus the ABS failure notice), but only shortly after first startup of the day. The sound (to me) is similar to that of the steering wheel lock when I first insert the key, however, at times, it sounds as though it is coinciding with gear changes. Any thoughts as to what it could be?

Even though no problems yet with my TT (single battery) since I drive it only on week-ends in nice weather (I have 19") and another AWD SUV, I use the Porsche Charge-O-Mat plug in device. The car has sat for up to 12 days at a time and still starts right up.

I have had my TT for 6 weeks now.....here in very cold New England.....only drive it 4 days/week.....sits idle other 3. I have never had the problems as outlined here. I believe that your problems do originate with an original bad battery or an electrical drain as yet undiscovered. Have your dealer pick up the car and make you the happy guy you should be.

PS......Neither you or any other owner should be charging your battery for any reason......that's just plain crazy.

Let me understand this... The truck is taken off the line with a charged battery. Then driven to a storage area to await transport to boat. It's then driven onto the transport truck, then driven onto the boat. When parked the boatman disconnects the battery. Hmmm... any chance of error?

I left my TT for six weeks (in Spain, ambient temp around 55 deg F) parked in a basement garage and had no problems with discharge - I have the Entry and Drive - but this goes into 'hibernate' mode after 3 days, doesn't it? In ant case, no discharge problems, so I guess you guys had bad battery cells!
