Default Baselining 2010 Cayenne

Just picked up a single owner 2010 Cayenne base from a dealer with only 30k miles and it includes bumper to bumper warranty for 2 years. Its always been serviced at the dealer which is great to hear. I am replacing the tires with bf goodrich advantages and also doing the rear brakes/rotors. Fronts were done 5k miles ago. I was thinking about swapping out transmission fluid, transfer case, and diff fluid. I am not sure if its required for the milage on it. Is there anything preventive for the v6 that I should do? It appears the v6 seems to be very reliable.

Where are you located? The BFGs seem to do well in straight snow but gives up a lot in wet and dry. Nokian has All-Weather tires that may better serve your needs or just a normal A/S tire if snow is mild. Are you on 17s or 18s?

Since your Cayenne is ultra low mileage, check the service records against the owners manual for time vs mileage change intervals. For instance oil once a year and coolant / brake fluid X amount of years.

Roger that! Yeah it is ice/slush here today in NoVA. Philly IMO is a perfect All-Weather / 3 Peak area for 3 seasons and maybe a performance set for summer.

I'm in a similar spot as you with mild weather in NoVA, but considerable snow at our get away in Wild & Wonderful WV! 3 Peak not mandatory, but advised! WV seems to be the home of Subaru Outbacks as it is.

Please, keep us posted on your impressions of the BFG Advantage tires!
