Baja, where the speed limits are mere suggestions while the Federales look the other way. The Municipales I understand are just a bit more dedicated (20 over is tolerated except for all those pesky hidden speed bumps). No off-road racing in this area. Will be home tomorrow so will be in serious Tequila acquisition mode till then.
