Default Help in finding an interior trim part and owners manual

Hi guys

We are slowly making progress in restoring the interior of our 955 4.5 S and she is looking better. Will post up the before and after shots later but in the meantime am trying to locate a few interior bits that were either broken or missing by the previous owner.

This is the rear centre console showing the frame, which houses the vents, the cubby hole etc. Then it should be drinks holder with door which we have. Next is the 12v power supply which should have a door attached to it which is missing. Number 1 in the picture. Number 2 is just a blanking plate at the bottom

in this second picture which is a friends cayenne you can see them all complete.

Now in the UK I can source the item labelled 2 from this website.

https://www.design911.co.uk/fu/pt67_...entre-Console/

Just not in tan which is no big deal however the cover for the 12v is a little more elusive. Think it is labelled as item 21 in this exploded diagram

So any bright resourceful person know either where to get that part ( dont care on the colour) or even what is the Porsche part number ?

Next request is the original owners manual. Our lovely leather holder came with quick start guide, service history booklet etc but no actual owners manual. I can download the PDF version which is fine but would love to have the proper bound version. I think I can get it on ebay but it all seems to be US based

many thanks

Hi SwissTony,

Part 21 is 95555216101.
It does come in Sand Beige and the colour code is 5Z1

There are 5 versions of this part listed in the parts catalogue - seems to depend on what options you have - 1 12v or 2

There are a couple on eBay at the moment but they look expensive so might be better to check the price with the dealer first to set a baseline price.

You can download the parts list from here, it is invaluable - https://www.porsche.com/all/media/pd...PA_KATALOG.pdf

These are the two I saw - Just check the part numbers and make sure that they are the bits you need before buying.

The whole 12 volt outlet panel was missing from mine and I have no idea why. It will probably be easier and cheaper to buy the whole assembly used.
There are different versions of the panel. Most common is an open face with one outlet and really cheap looking...it even has an indentation for a 2nd outlet giving it a "if only you spent more, we could have given you this" look.
I set up an eBay search and most that turn up are beat to hell and overpriced. After a year or so, I ended up getting a really nice one with a soft touch flip down door and two outlets for $20 bucks including shipping. Nice being able to plug things in there vs crawling under the dash and finding the hidden accessory outlets.
Part # is: 7L5863440
That number seems to apply to all versions and colors.
Also be careful not to buy one that originally had a flip down door but is now busted off (likely the case with yours?). That lower part of the console must take a lot of abuse from passengers kicking it.
