I replaced a burned out bulb on one of my side marker lights with an LED replacement. The replacement bulb flashes even when the engine is on or off. I tried a different LED bulb and get the same result. Any ideas or troubleshooting to try?

For a 958, but similar premise...you will need to get a resistor to trick the computer into thinking the LED is drawing the same amount of power as OEM
