Looking for first hand recommendations for best ratchet tie down straps to tie-down your car onto a car hauling trailer. I've got 4 great pivoting tie-down anchors installed that I can use.
I've seen a few 'kits in a bag' and have used a few from Lowe's/Home Depot in the past to restrain a stripped 968 Cab recently, but thinking I need much more.
Looked getting a 'set in a bag' from Summit, but the comments were 'cheap and hard to get released' left me less than impressed...
That said, I want to put a set like this aside and dedicated for my P cars.

Go to your local farm store and get the 3000# or greater ratchet straps. Probably blue colored straps with gold zinc hooks. Use these for my 928 in the car trailer. Plenty strong, release well. Maybe $20 each.
