Hello ! i have the same issue with 2008 model turbo did you replaced the pdcc pump?

IMHO
Its possible the OP had a restriction in the system, maybe from a solenoid valve not opening.

Any resolution to the insufficient pressure buildup FA? I am about to change the valves one by one and see if it gets any better.

Hi, did you solve something? Did it help changing the valves? Where did you buy them?

and any link for rebuilding/refurbishing the tandem pump would be VERY helpful, after all..it’s $2k new oem. These Ute’s are leading the way with PDCC issues, due to age/mileage IMHO…and many dealer techs have seen virtually no failures, so they have no diagnostic experience.
