you dont need to do all this stuff. just go to your pursch dealer, buy a
"chargomat" for 50 bucks, stick it in in your cigarette lighter and youre fine
and have allways a startable car. i used it also on cars who stand more than 5 months in the garage and it works fine! its good and smooth to the battery and much better than charge it hardly with common battery loaders. and - its cool for lazy guys whio dont want to screw the battery out :-)

porsche cigarette lighters are allways"ON" and so you can use it allways.
a benz cigarette lighter for eg is only connected to the battery when you have the ignition on - so in this case a chargomat will not help.
