Default Ferry across Lake Michigan from MKE

Taking the new-to-me 2001 Boxster S to Muskegon and then to Detroit for a two day trip. The Lake Express ferry is fast and fun. Really looking forward to driving in Michigan. One of my favorite states (in the summer!). Cheers.

I avoid ferries as much as possible. They pack the cars as close as possible, a sure recipe for door dings.

Anker, very true. I had a pole next to my driver's door so I had to climb out of passenger side. Had a 1960's muscle car about 3.5" from my rear bumper and a Buick about the same in front. Made me nervous, but all was good.

The ferry ride was nice. Took a little nap. Drove over to Detroit and finally at hotel. Top down the entire time. Man, MI drivers go fast! Not complaining, but seriously, they are fast.

Added the little blind spot mirrors. They work as expected.
