There were over 160,000 986's sold between 1997 and 2004 while there were only about 65,000 S2000's sold between 2000 and 2009. This doesn't count the 987, 981 or 982 production.

This is an unusual situation where the Honda is more rare than the Porsche.

Preventative, if it was forced it wouldn't be IMS done it would be engine done.

I think $13k is too high too. DC is a transient city and people are constantly needing to sell Boxsters in a short time. It's a buyer's market. You'll see well sorted Boxsters under 10k not infrequently
