PDK Shift Lock Solenoid click sound!?

PDK Shift Lock Solenoid click sound!?
my shift area/**** (I have PDk Cayman GTS 2016) is making this click noise when brake is pressed down(or when it is released). very rarely occurs if at all during D or R gear but definitely has the "click" sound during N and P gears.
i just want to know if it's the shift lock solenoid (and if so them I'm assuming it's normal) because I haven't heard this sound before (and I feel like I would have, I tend to purposely listen for sounds every time and don't drive with music or anything because I like to hear the engine
)
