Sounds like an awesome time to me. Too many other commitments this summer to even consider this event.
If you haven't noticed this section of the forum has no enthusiasm. I think it is mostly guys with blown engines or boxsters with 180,000 miles trying to figure out how to limp these cars along.

That's cool. My 2000 boxster is like a brand new car and has less than 16k on the clock. I'm not knocking you or your car.
Obviously the op has been trying to get some response for an enthusiast event for almost a month. It sounds like an awesome time. But obviously this section (boxster 986) of this forum is filled with posts of blown engines and other mechanical issues.
