Alarm Control Module bad on my 03

The dealer said it is bad. Can't open hood or trunk even with installing new battery. What does it cost to replace this parts plus labor?

My wife's boxster got very wet in a tropical storm last year and it cost $750 to get the I mobilizer computer under the seat replaced and reprogrammed.
