Electronic display below tach went "white" today after car in for oil change and winter prep. Dealer washed car as part of service. No issues prior to todays service and dealer is saying that they did nothing that could cause this failure.

Just looking to see if anyone else has had this type of failure and if cause is known.

Dealer says instrument cluster replacement is only fix.
