Boxster 143,000 miles is white on tan, tip, oil leak substanstial, chain tensioners noisy on start up and needs a right rear shock. Drives good. Oil leak location has not been identified. After sitting puddle is abou 6" in diameter. Thanks

$3500 tops! By the time you fix everything wrong, you'll be in over your head on it. I just bought an '02 with what may be a bad motor. They go for more than a 99 and I'm just going to use it as a track trasher so it matters not to me. The tip on that one also hurts value IMO. GL with it if you decide to go through with it

This Boxster kinda fell in my lap, I'm going to hold out for an 03 or later S. Thanks for the insight.

I am interested in buying your Boxster if the engine goes.

Send me an email address and I'll send you pics of it, you can make me an offer. I'm going to pick up a hard top for it Tuesday which the car would come with should you chose to buy it.
