Did a few searches here and on google, but couldn't find a definitive answer (strange).
On our 2000 S, the wheel locks have rusted to an ugly color -- and I'm not a fan of the locks anyway, since I think we're more likely to lose them and be stranded without a way to change a tire than we are likely to have a wheel stolen (these are still the original wheels).
But looking at Pelican (for example) it's not clear which to get:

I'm guessing it's the 45mm? In which case, Pelican doesn't sell the Porsche ones, just an aftermarket one that a few people have posted having problems with.
What should I be buying?

Measure your existing ones...
How long are they? That's your answer. Its an M14 thread.
I simply bought them OEM from my local freindly indie, who got them from his foreign parts distributor, for a very reasonable amount. I hate locks.
