I too sold an '01S. I too got multiple offers from people begging to buy the car. Could I have collected more by turning it into an auction once I saw the interest? Sure. But I asked for a price and I replied to everyone first guy with the cash at that price gets it and I did and he was satisfied and I felt good about the transaction and everyone else at least felt they were treated fairly/equally. Once you make an offer and it is accepted...then it's a deal. It isn't like selling a house where an asking price is understood not to be an offer to sell at that price.

GUMS, your posted ad still shows you asking $5k with no OBO.
