Hi,

My neighbor's Boxster S just suffered an electrical breakdown. He doesn't know where to take it other than the dealer.

Can some recommend a shop in the Chicago western suburbs who is familiar with Boxsters?

I don't know Chicago but go to LNengineering.com to see their list of approved mechanics in the area. Ignition switchs are known to go bad & shut down electrical power, fairly cheap & search this forum for tips on replacing.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I did go to LN's site and could not find where they had any recommended places in Illinois other than the dealerships.
