Default Performance upgrades on '98 Boxster?

New to the Boxster world. Purchased '98 base model with 94K, interested in info/resources for performance enhancements. Any help steering me to forum/online or printed resources would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to paradise. Now, where are the pics????

What type of performance "enhancements" are you looking for?

Go faster?
Go quicker?
Stop quicker?
Road feel?

Make your list and start at the top?

Nice books to have on hand...

Get a PCA membership and learn how to drive it better!

Boxsters are amazing AX cars and very forgiving on the track. Even with "only 200hp" you can still get int trouble. Taking the time to become a better driver would be a better way to spend money than on an intake or exhaust upgrades, imho.

In the meantime, make sure all the basic maintenance is up to date. That brakes (fluid, pads, rotors) are in good shape. Recent oil/filter change etc.
