Default Unbolting factory roll bar

Can anyone tell me how to unbolt the back of roll bar? Are the bolts through the rear fender wells?

Thanks Guys!

My only pic of any Boxster roll bar shows there are at least one bolted holdown. I can't upload pics from this computer.

If you can see the ball that the top cable snaps too -- the cable on each side that we undo to allow the rear window to be folded up out of the way when the top is put into engine service position -- that ball is on a very short/stubby post and that post is part of the roll bar holddown. There's hex (bolt) on top of the metal of the bar. The rest of the bar runs out of sight through holes in the plastic covers that are all around that area under the clamshell and under the top.

I might add that in my pic the top and its hardware has been removed.

Sincerely,

Macster.
