What it the 10HP difference attributed to between the Spyder and the Cayman R?
Is there an easy way to increase the Spyder 10hp?

Can't be sure where I read it, but IIRC, a factory guy was touting a high flow exhaust on the R and tweaked 'tuning'.
Depending on who you believe, you could just de-snorkel the Spyder and be almost there.

It actually theoretical horsepower reached by converting the weight differential and aerodynamic advantages of the Cayman over the Boxster Spyder. It's the same theoretical formula used by amateur street racers when they install their un-dyno'ed exhaust and air filters.
