Default Question about wheels

Does anybody recognize these wheels? I am trying to figure out if they will fit my 99 boxster

I am told the tire sizes are rear 265/35/zr18
and the fronts are 225/40/zr18
Are these stock 911 wheels? Any idea if they will fit a boxster. I am trying to get the wheel offset from the seller. What is the offset on the boxster?
Thanks Mike

Mike,

I believe they are the design sport wheels for the Boxster S. 996 has 295's on the rear I think and the Boxster S is 265.

So they should fit my boxster?

does $1000.00 seem reasonable with tires?

Current tires on my 2000S
225/40-18 Front

Clearance for what? Brakes?
Thanks for the info. Looks like they are the same as yours. Yours look great.

Any idea if $1000.00 with good tires is a fair price?

yes you need to clear caliper and center rim in the wheel well or it will rub. Price is very fair given that tires new are 700+ a set. If all 4 rims have the same off set pass on them, it will not look very good. i'll post close ups of front and rear rims tomorrow afternoon. Jim

Yes the front wheels look just like yours. The picture I provided was just the rears. Any idea how big your spacer is? Also where can I purchase them?
Thanks for your help
I am completely new to Porsche so bear with me. I got a killer deal on a 99 Boxster with 53,000 miles

I'll measure this weekend. Wheel enhancement sells the spacers. They are great. my brother just got new rims and needed spacers. they did all the calculations.

rear spacer is 7mm approx. if you get the offsets from the seller ,i will pull my wheels and measure to make sure they are the same as well as verify spacer size. Jim

Well I bought the tires and wheels and they fit perfectly no spacers needed. HATE the way the bolts look though. Need to find a solution for that.

Those wheels are BSA type 215. Fronts are 8x18ET48 and rears are 10x18ET40. I have had three sets of those wheels for my previous 996 and my current 993. However, mine are with black centre and polished lip, that in my opinion looks better.
